Christina Chavez has spent more than fifteen years in Southern California real estate. She began by working with Southern California's Fortune 500 builders, representing new-construction homes and communities — work that taught her how buyers move through a property, what makes a plan feel generous, and how presentation shapes perceived value.

She then specialized in Orange County's coastal and luxury markets, where those instincts matter most. Today she works primarily in Dana Point, San Clemente, Laguna Beach and Laguna Niguel, guiding sellers through preparation and positioning and helping buyers understand what separates one street, elevation or view corridor from the next.

Her approach is calm and confident. She is attentive to detail and straightforward in her advice, including when the honest answer is to wait. When it is time to advocate — in a negotiation, an inspection response, an appraisal challenge — she is strategic and assertive on her client's behalf.
